Dogs don’t sweat; that’s why they pant when they get hot. They do have sweat glands on their paws. That’s why their paws can be smelly.

Dogs have a powerful means of communication - their tails! One well-known message when they wag their tail - they are happy! A raised tail could indicate an anxious puppy. And a tail between the legs could mean fear.

One of the most well-known facts about dogs is their keen sense of smell. Dogs can detect some diseases in humans, check for bombs, and - most importantly - know exactly what you are having for dinner. Imagine what you would learn if your sense of smell was as good as a dog's!

A dog’s nose is as unique to him or her as a human’s fingerprint. There is no other dog on earth exactly like your fur baby!

Science has proven that a dog will align itself with the magnetic field of the Earth before pooping so that it is facing north or south. It’s still not known as to why they prefer these directions over East and West.
